I went and saw ‘Stardust‘ today, which felt painfully rushed for the first half of the movie, but once they got to the character of Captain Shakespeare, played hilariously by Robert De Niro, it picked up a bit and displayed a lot of the themes I like reading in novels, and working into my own writing. Its not for everyone, especially with the generic fantasy plague that has been wrought on the masses as a result of the Harry Potter phenomena.
But, if you're looking for something where everything wraps up nicely and works out well for the protagonist. If you're looking for a feel good story, give this a rent when it hits DVD. Score: / 5Anyone else see it? What'd you think?

broken windows, and resting eyes. 'can you tell us what happened here?' they finally got sick of it all, they just gave up on accepting fate. that was the loophole, they found the achilles heel and managed to strike it down. at the feet of the ruins is a dormant structure. dormant but breathing, still breathing. the wind sweeps through its hallways, echoing at the establishment of their caretakers. an exhaltation of cold premonition. |

I saw it. I don't know what I think about it.
Ok, I guess?
