I personally think it's really cool. Theoretically, you could take ANY number and make it eerily repetetive in daily life.... but not so! 23 stands above all other numbers!

Yeah, after I first heard about the movie with Jim Carrey I started seeing if any significant numbers in my life add up to 23. So far all I got is my birthyear (1 + 9 + 8 + 5 = 23 ).

Personally, I think the whole 23 thing is just silly. When the trailer showed in theatres, you could hear a collective laugh from the audience when he added random things together.

My friend had blurted out "0 + 23 = 23!!!!!!!" after the trailer was done and he got a good laugh out of the crowd.
