So far, I know of a few bugs, seperate for the forums and the main site itself. Here they are.

Known Forum Bugs:
  • Links become underlined upon visiting Forums.
  • Text font gets smaller upon visiting Forums.
  • Clicking on "The Moderating Team" on the hope forum page will cause SQL error.
  • Headings on left and right blocks become center aligned upon visiting Forums.
  • Some features of "My Assistant" are not functional. (only search function inoperable.)
  • User name does not show when listing "Last post by.." on a thread list.
  • Author of threads does not show when on a thread list.
  • Signature images not functional (could be just me, need confirmation.)
Known Site Bugs:
  • Review item image is currently bad quality.
  • News listings not in proper organizational format. Sometimes overlap eachother.
  • Site does not look well when logged out.
If you know any more, post here. I'll try to make sure you can reply to these threads. So If you can't reply to this thread right now, just wait a bit and I'll change the permissions.

We plan to fix all of these bugs as soon as we can, so thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: Many bugs were just fixed. Whichever listed bugs are highlighted green are fixed.

To have an image signature, you must click "my messages" and then from that menu, click "Edit Signature" and then enter the image code in the proper place and it will actually work. It will show in your profile as being html, but it will show in your posts, which is what counts. A thread will be made about this temporary solution to avoid confusion.

UPDATE: A few more bugs have just been fixed. Whichever bugs are now highlighted red are now fixed. Also, I've cleaned up user profiles to not include signatures and instead have a profile spot where you can write about yourself.

It says my signature is up in my profile..

Test for confirmation.

Change flood control to 15 seconds.

On the forum index.. it says By:... because it can't fit the name.

While making a new thread.. the forum content overlaps into the User Menu, Search, Who's Online, etc.

Thanks for the help. I'll reconsider the flood control, and on the forum index, it says By:... because it isn't retreiving the user name, not because it can't fit it. While making a new thread, just keep it stretched out. Closing the window to tight will crush the contents in the screen and this is something I'll have to really work at to fix.

Don't worry I'll figure things out. You have to understand how hard it is to create one user database and integrate it within everything. I should have most bugs (especially the important ones) worked out through the week.

*bows*

I'll try and see if I can get even more done. I'll let you know, as usual.

In the meantime, enjoy the forums!

Ouch. I think since I commented on that Halo 3 trailer.. the forums got scrunched up even more.

Hm, I'll see if I can shrink it, until then, I'll remove the block from being visible on the forums.

EDIT: Well, I took it out for now. Currently, only I can see it. (So I can moderate.)

Dan, how long does it take for you to get a review that has been submitted?

And does the system automatically resize the gamebox or does that have to be done automatically? Because I didn't put in a gamebox. Thought it may be way too big.

I get them right away actually. The system will resize the gamebox if it is too big, and don't worry about images. If you don't want to do it or don't feel like it, I will be glad to provide one for you, which you can easily change if you don't approve.
